Eligibility Criteria:

1. All Products Covered:
   This guarantee applies to all products purchased through our official website (www.beldior.com).
2. Usage Requirement:

·         Use the product twice daily for 60 consecutive days.

·         Follow the usage instructions provided on the packaging.

3. Claim Timeframe:

·         The claim period starts only after completing the 60-day usage.

·         You must submit your claim within 7 days after completing 60 Days usage.

·         Claims submitted before completing 60 days or after 7 days of completion will not be accepted.

Refund Details:

• 100% Refund:
  You will receive a 100% refund of your purchase price (excluding shipping & taxes) via your original payment method.
• 50% Coupon:
  You'll also receive a 50% coupon of the product value to use on your next purchase at www.beldior.com.
• Total Refund Value = 150%

How to Claim:

To make a claim, please email support@beldior.com with the following:

1. Your order number
2. Clear before and after photos taken at the start and end of your 60-day usage
3. A short description of your experience with the product

Exclusions:

• Incomplete usage (less than 60 days or not twice daily)
• Inadequate or unclear photo evidence
• Purchases made outside the official website

Right to Refuse:

The Beldior reserves the right to reject any claim that:

• Lacks proper documentation or evidence
• Is submitted with edited or misleading images
• Appears fraudulent or abusive

Privacy Assured:

·         Your data, photos, and personal information are 100% secure. We never share your information. It is used only to process your claim.

Fair Use Policy:

To keep things transparent and fair:

• One claim per product, per customer
• Repeat claims for the same product are not eligible
• The Beldior reserves the right to deny any claim that appears fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest
