At Beldior,we are committed to clean beauty, creating products with carefully selected ingredients to deliver the best possible results, naturally. We're confident you'll love our products, but if there’s any issue, we’re here to make it right!

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  1. You received the wrong product.
  2. Your product arrived damaged.
  3. You received an expired product.

If you experience any of these issues, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll take care of everything for you! Simply email us at info@thebelldior.com with your order details and a brief description of the issue.

How It Works:

  1. Submit Your Request: Send us an email, and we’ll review it within 48 hours.
  2. Free Pickup: Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange a free pickup of the product from your doorstep.
  3. Fast Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement within 24 hours.

Important:

  • Returns or Refunds Requests are only accepted within 7 days of delivery, so please let us know as soon as possible.
  • If your return is due to a different reason (such as a change of mind), please note that we currently only process returns for the reasons mentioned above.
